We securely store your data at one or more Committee Members home address either electronically or printed / written copy.
We will keep your data for a period as required, and for mandatory accounting periods. Once this time period has expired, We will either delete or securely archive your data. Any computers will be securely erased, to a mimimum of DOE-compliant 3-pass standard, before being deposed of. All printed and written data will be cross-shredded.
