The wonderful and very talented Jo Ash, with Mike Wheatley on guitar, will be kicking off PICNIC in the PARK on 30th August.
Don't miss it ...
Jo Ash is a captivating, award-nominated songwriter. Instantly recognisable, with unique vocals and intricate piano, her music is full of strong melodies and drama.
She is proud to have been reviewed by the Musician’s Union for her debut album ‘Constellations’ who said “Singer-songwriter Jo Ash’s debut demands that we take notice. Jo’s balladry is unapologetically dramatic with swooping vocals perfectly suited to her gothic tales”.
Joining Jo, and complementing her songs with his own artistic spin, will be Mike Wheatley on acoustic guitar. Expect a mix of Jo’s dramatic original songs and some re-worked classics.
